The loyalty system
We are thankful for your loyalty therefore we want to give you something special. Each purchase from registered customer counts.
Each registered customer that buy and pay for the order gain the loyalty discount that depends from the turnover of the last 12 months.
A registered customer who has paid for orders more than 100 Eur (including VAT) in the last 12 months receives a 3 % discount on purther purchases.
A registered customer who has paid for orders more than 500 Eur (including VAT) in the last 12 months receives a 5 % discount on purther purchases.
A registered customer who has paid for orders more than 1 000 Eur (including VAT) in the last 12 months receives a 10 % discount on purther purchases.
The loyalty discount can be combined with other ongoing discounts up to a total of 25% of the maximum discount for the customer. This means that if a customer has a 10% loyalty discount and at the same time uses another coupon for 20% within the ongoing discount, a maximum 25% discount on the entire purchase will be applied in the cart.
The loyalty discount can only be applied to the next order after the one in which the turnover limit for the discount is reached.
When paying by card, the paid order is automatically included in the turnover and the customer can apply the loyalty discount obtained immediately in the next order.
When paying on delivery, in cash or by transfer, processing takes place as soon as possible from the customer's payment, but no more than 10 working days.
The loyalty system does not apply to the Promotion - Special Prices section.
You can view the current amount of your discount after logging in in the My Account - My Discounts section.
Summary:
- It is necessary to be registered / logged in naturalcare.sk
- You can see the amount of your loyalty discount directly by products or in the section – My account – My discouts.
- The amount of discount depends on paid orders in the last 12 months. When paying by card, the paid order is automatically included in your turnover. When paying on delivery, in cash or by transfer processing takes place maximum 10 workind days.
- The whole loyalty discount combined with another discounts is possible to see in your shopping cart, the maximum discount is 25 %.
